The Genius Sign Up Process

The Genius on-boarding process is quick and simple, taking on average just 30 minutes.

Book your Demo

First you need to book a demo so we can discuss your requirements and show you exactly how Genius Training Management Software will save you time and money.

On boarding

Provide us with you business details, complete a subscription direct debit with Go Cardless or Stripe for your monthly subscriptions and pay your initial set up fee.

Genius Access

We set up your account and give you access to Genius, all done within 30 minutes. Login to Genius, sign the 12 month Agreement and you are good to go!

Demo Questions

  • How long will the demo take?
    Demo's typically take 45 minutes to an hour depending on your time limitations, requirements and questions.
  • How is the demo done?
    We use screen sharing software such as Zoom or Teams (we use both so choose your preference) answering any questions as we go.
    We can even share control of the mouse during the demo if you would like to give Genius a try.
  • How many people can attend the demo?
    We can host up to 1,000 people on a demo in separate physical locations. We use Zoom (Premium) or Teams for this.
    We regularly perform demo's to large teams of 20+ who are in the same location but realistically there is no limit.
  • When will the demo take place?
    Following your demo request we will contact you for a brief chat about your requirements.
    If at this point we believe that Genius is not suitable for you we will advise you as we have no interest in performing demo's when we know Genius is not suitable for your requirements.
    Following this call we will arrange a mutually agreeable date and time with you.
    We can on occasion arrange Demo's out of normal working hours if that suits you as our team are spread across the Globe in different time zones.
